In all, our mileage was 1,912 miles over twelve days driving from Las Vegas, Nevada to Las Vegas, New Mexico and back, with several side trips. A really enjoyable trip! Ask us for a detailed itinerary if you'd like to follow in our footsteps. We found January was a great time to visit this area.

Made it back to the airport in Las Vegas by 2 pm in time for one last meal in the Las Vegas airport before we boarded our 4 pm flight. Not surprisingly, one of the most expensive, and lackluster meals of the trip. Dane even had a margarita, the beer selection was so pitiful. Margarita was $12, made with the same mix and well tequila as the $3 version at Roma's Café in Holbrook!

Dane Wells drinking a Margarita because there were no interesting beers on tap at the Las Vegas airport café. |

Home just about midnight, Philadelphia time. Thanks,
Southwest Airlines, for another smooth flight.
